Are online surveys a good idea for extra income. DOes anyone know if they really work?

I shouldn't bother to do such a thing in the end you spend hours of time answering questions and you'll get almost nothing in return...hmmm ehr kind of like this isn't it?

Reply:It was a major mistake for me. After I registered with one I checked my email and had over 100 messages. I am still trying to get rid of some of them. It was a nightmare.





Most of them are not worth the bother. They bait you in to get you to purchase something. My daughter was involved for awhile. She also said don't do it. The $30 here and there was not worth the garbage.

Reply:those websites that ask you to pay them, they are a 3rd party contractors. they find people that want to pay people to do surveys. most the time. you might make 5 bucks a month. so no. i suggest not to waste your money on any similar company like that brother.

Reply:Online surveys don't really work. But, you could look into being a Mystery Shopper. This is where you sign up to an agency (don't join if they charge you a fee of any sort). The agency is asked by companies to send people into their stores, or to phone call centres, to assess the level of customer service they receive. You will need to complete a questionnaire after each assignment. You have your expenses reimbursed and get paid to do the work. You could consider giving this a go.
Reply:I have done a few of them through different companies. I have never received any money for them. Although on company did send sample products for me to try out and then complete a short survey after trying the items about what I thought and how much I would spend on the item. It was a good waste of time and f you are bored and have nothing better to do then go fill out a few, but as for money...





A friend of mine said she got a $5.00 check for filling out 50 surveys.
