I used to work in a low income neighborhood library. Most people had jobs, but they certainly weren't rich or even middle class as far as income is concerned. Anyway I was always helping them on computers. An interesting note is many of them had a computer at home...they just couldn't afford the monthly internet fees - so they came to the library to use the Internet.
To answer your question they bought the same things most of us do - clothes, shoes, %26amp; electronics being the main things. Also many came in to pay their bills online, too.
What do low income people buy online?
Nothing. (They don't have computers)
