Proof of income Online business, I have no other income?

Hi I do a online business on ebay and it makes me good money, but I dont have a regualr job that will go into my irs as taxes. I want to buy a car is there a way I can like put the money that I make online into my irs, if so wont I pay money? Also is there a way not to do it without the proof of income can I show them something else. My credit score is gona be 702 around there in 2 months. I want to buy a new car, (first time buyer) How would I go about doing this all? Thanks in advance!!!

Some companies will use bank statements. If you are self employed you can make your own proof of income.

Reply:I worked as a Finance Director for a dealership for 2 years. If your FICO score is above a 600 they will not ask for proof of income. The amount you state on you application is what they will use to figure you debt ratio. They will not ask for documentation that the income is what you stated. Be sure that you state you have been doing this for a minimum of 2 years.

If your score is above 625 not 600 and you have the proper credit profile you will not be asked to prove your income.





Credit scores are made up by the following;


1. Payment history 35%


2. Time in bureau 15%


3. Types of credit 10%


4. New credit 10%


5. Debt to credit ratio 30%





As you can see 1,2%26amp;5 are the most important as far as score is concerned. But you must remember score is not everything. Auot finance is what I do for a living and I see people every month with scores over 700 that can not buy a car because their score is made up of 1-credit card with a $500.00 limit paid 15-times and a couple of student loans.





What you need for a great score and profile is a mix of at least 3 credit cards (revolving) accounts with long good pay historys and low balances (below 30%) and at least 2 auto, boat, furniture, home or personal loans (installment) accounts also with good long pay historys.





Only this type of mix and pay history will give you the type of credit where you can buy anything you want and never have to prove anything.
