go to http://filelater.com. They have a super easy online tool that will help you, and will prompt you for what to do if you are living overseas. Don't try filling out the form yourself - I did, and it was too confusing. I used a coupon code "5bucks" and it reduced the cost from $14.95 to $9.95. No brainer!
