I think the phrase is " any one or anyone " not " no one ". You can buy a tax program that can be installed into your computer and it will all be laid out there on what to do to file. Check Staples or some good book store.
Reply:If your income is under $39,000, you can have your taxes done at no charge by VITA trained volunteers, and most sites will file online. Go to irs.gov, and enter "VITA" in the search box, to find a site near you.
Reply:IRS.gov has a Free File Alliance that offers free tax preparation and e-filing. H %26amp; R Block and Turbo Tax are just two of the partners in the FFA.

The services will not charge you to prepare/file your federal return but it'll cost extra to file your state. You have the option of only filing your federal.

If it's available, go to your state's department of revenue and file your state return from there.

Now you've done both for free.
Reply:The best thing to do if you want to save money filing your taxes is to buy a program like TurboTax, you can do all the work yourself at home then send the documents to the IRS via E-mail. The only charge you should have to pay is an online processing fee.(and the cost of the program of course, but that is still cheaper than paying some place like H%26amp;R Block)
Reply:turbo tax.com or go to irs.gov and theyll help out with good sites.
