If you made less than $1200 in 2006 in self employed income, can you pay these quarterly and do it online? I just don't think I will have enough money to pay them all at once.

It's too late to make quarterly payments for 2006. Those were due in from April of 2006 through January of 2007. You'll have to pay the tax and any penalties and interest for underpayment by April 17, 2007. If that's your only income the penalties may be waived if your total tax due is less than $1,000.00, however.





If you expect to have SE income in 2007, you should be making quarterly estimated payments using Form 1040ES starting in April.
